Kevin Debrabant

Kevin joined Alantra’s corporate finance team in 2023 and has 15 years of experience in M&A. Over the course of his career, he has advised corporates, entrepreneurs and private equity firms on a broad range of transactions, including complex situations and over 15 public offers, in various sectors such as Industrials, Business Services and Infrastructures.

Kevin began his career at Société Générale, where he spent 10 years in the M&A and corporate finance team, before joining Natixis Partner.

Kevin holds an Engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
