Joshua Garver

Josh Garver is a Managing Director with the Boston office. He has over a decade of experience executing M&A and capital raising transactions. While at Alantra, he has primarily focused on transactions in the food & beverage and ingredients sectors.  Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years at Venturi & Company, a middle market investment bank based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working on M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions. Prior to Venturi & Company, he spent eight years working in the leveraged finance teams at UniCredit Bank and Sumitomo Trust. He holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he received the Palmer Scholar designation.
