John Starkie

John is a Managing Director in Alantra’s Global Real Estate team and has over 18 years of experience in Real Estate Capital Markets. He focuses on debt advisory, having completed more than £20bn of transactions across senior, bridge, construction and mezzanine financings, as well as joint ventures, equity placements and investment advisory mandates.

Before joining Alantra, John was part of JLL’s European Debt & Structured Finance team, where he advised a wide range of institutional investors, including KKR, BlackRock and Columbia Threadneedle.
