Joe Nau

Joe is a Director at Alantra and is a senior member of Alantra’s Technology team in the US. He has over 10 years of M&A experience and has worked on numerous M&A advisory and capital formation services transactions for leading technology companies across North America, with a particular focus on Enterprise Software and IT Asset Disposition companies.

Prior to joining Alantra, Joe worked at MVP Capital on their technology investment banking team and KeyBanc Capital Markets within their corporate investment bank. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
