Jesús Bernardo

Jesús Bernardo joined Alantra in 2021 as part of the M&A FIG team based in Madrid. With over 15 years of investment banking experience, he has participated in more than 30 transactions across all sectors and subsectors of the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, asset management, servicing, payments, and other financial services BPO/BS companies.

Before joining Alantra, Jesús held M&A FIG positions at Arcano and KPMG. He began his investment banking career in the Equity Capital Markets teams at Société Générale and Banco Santander before transitioning to M&A.

Jesús holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) in Madrid.
