Jesús Bernardo

Jesús is a Director at our M&A FIG team and has more than 11 years of experience in investment banking. Before joining Alantra, Jesús worked for 6 years at Arcano, also in the M&A FIG team. Jesús’s career in investment banking started in 2009, working for Banco Santander in the Equity Capital Markets team and, after that, Jesús worked within the M&A FIG team at KPMG for 5 years.

Over the span of 11 years in investment banking, Jesus has advised on numerous transactions such as the acquisition of Novo Banco España by Abanca, the sale of EVO Banco to Bankinter, the acquisition of Allfunds by Hellman & Friedman and GIC, the execution of the resolution of Banco Popular and its sale to Banco Santander, and many other transactions within the Financial Industry.

Jesús holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros of Madrid (CUNEF).
