Jérôme Breuneval

Jérôme Breuneval has over 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, private equity funds, and corporates on sell-side and buy-side strategic transactions in France and internationally.

Before joining Alantra, he was Managing Partner in M&A at UBS, where he led mid-cap M&A activities since 2005. He advised more than 70 transactions across many sectors (industrial goods, retail consumer products, business services, building materials, and healthcare).

He began his career in London with the Schlumberger Group and later joined Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance division in M&A.

Jérôme holds degrees from EM Lyon Business School and Coventry University.
