Before joining Alantra, James was a director at Interhcina Partners, specialized in advising MNC clients for China cross border transactions. James spent significant period of career in the overseas market before returning to China in 2018 to join Trina Solar’s global M&A team, looking after the company’s strategic acquisitions globally. During his earlier career in Australia, James worked for NAB Asset Management’s strategic investment team.
Over the span of 12 years in investment banking and direct investment, James has provided transaction advice for a large number of leading global companies such as Lear, Getinge, SKC, Odfjell, Kraft Heinz, Evoca, Bao Steel, Hilti, Bureau Veritas and etc.
James holds an MBA from IE Business School. He is also a CFA and CPA.
