Gianpiero Di Perna joined Alantra in March 2018 as part of the Italian Equity Capital Markets team. He started his career at Alantra in the Equity Research team at the Milan office before moving to the Corporate Finance team, where he now focuses on both ECM and M&A deals, as well as business development activities.
Over the past seven years, he has played a role in more than 20 successful transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, and M&A, across a range of industries such as technology, business services, industrials, and consumer.
Gianpiero holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and has been a CFA charter holder since 2021 and a registered Key Executive with Borsa Italiana since 2023.
