Francisco Cervera

Francisco Cervera is a Director in Alantra’s Project Finance team at Alantra Solar, based in Madrid. He joined the firm in 2023 and has more than 13 years of experience in the infrastructure sector.

Prior to joining Alantra, he held roles at RBS, Vector Cuatro, Sunco Capital, Sungrow, and OPDE, where he gained extensive experience in the structuring and execution of renewable energy and infrastructure transactions.

Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 20 Project Finance and M&A transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €2bn across Europe, the United States, and Latin America. His experience includes financial structuring, financial modeling, and negotiations with lenders and institutional investors.
