Ed Wirgman

Ed Wirgman is a Managing Director in Alantra’s Technology Investment Banking team, based in London. He has more than 20 years of M&A advisory experience with a particular focus on Technology Services.

Before joining Alantra, Ed was a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s European Technology Group. He previously held senior roles at Oakley Advisory, Spectrum Corporate Finance, and KPMG, where he led the TMT Corporate Finance group nationally.

He holds a BA from the University of Nottingham.
