Donald Temple

Donald Temple is a Director in Alantra’s Industrials team, joining the firm in 2025 to focus on mid-market Industrials M&A. He has advised on a wide range of domestic and transatlantic sellside and buyside M&A transactions in the Aerospace and Defence, Specialty Distribution, and Engineered Materials sectors.

Prior to joining Alantra, he worked at Houlihan Lokey in both the United States and London. Notable transactions included the sale of SK AeroSafety to Bridgepoint, Farsound to AGIC and Minnesota Rubber & Plastics to KKR. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) covering general industrials and the RAND Corporation, where he focused on defence industrial strategy.

He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
