Carlota Villalonga

Carlota Villalonga serves as the Tax Director for the Alantra Group, based in Madrid.

With over 16 years of experience in taxation, she specialises in the financial sector, particularly in investment banking and asset management. She has provided expert advice to banks, credit institutions, custodians, corporate finance advisors, UCITS, venture capital funds and managers, as well as other investment funds, among others.

Carlota holds a Master’s degree in Fiscal Advisory to Corporations from Instituto Empresa (IE).
