Carlos Fuenzalida

Carlos Fuenzalida serves as a partner at Landmark Alantra Group and has extensive knowledge in corporate finance and M&A within the Latin American region. Mr. Fuenzalida has a diverse background in corporate finance and M&A, including the sale of TOC Biometrics to Sovos, the sale of San Francisco Loncomilla to Empresas Carozzi, the sale of Sinacofi Buró to Experian, and the acquisition of City National Bank of Florida by Banco de Crédito e Inversiones. His portfolio also includes overseeing the sale of Chilean salmon farming companies Invermar, Acuinova, and Nova Austral to Alimar, Marine Harvest Group, and Ewos Group, respectively. Additionally, he managed the sale of Centrovet, the leading Chilean laboratory specializing in veterinary vaccines and pharmaceuticals, to the French animal health company Virbac. Before joining Landmark, he played a pivotal role as a founding member of the corporate finance division at Econsult.

Mr. Fuenzalida holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
