Carlo Dawan

Carlo has more than 25 years of M&A and corporate finance experience with more than 150 completed transactions, primarily in cross-border situations.

Before joining Alantra, he guided GCA Altium Italy for 13 years. Prior to that, Carlo was active with his own independent M&A advisory boutique, Dawan & co, in the European M&A mid-cap market. He started his career in the finance department of a large food company in Italy and then became CFO of Italy’s most active listed investment company.

Carlo holds a bachelor’s degree in BA at Bocconi University in Milan.
