Brian Minnock

Brian is a Director based in Dublin, with significant experience in the loan portfolio and non-bank financial institution (NBFI) markets across a variety of asset and performance classes. He has acted as the lead for a number of advisory mandates for banks and PE funds in relation to NBFI sales & mergers, a variety of fundraising activities and both performing and non-performing loan portfolio sales in the primary and secondary markets. Brian has been heavily involved in some of the largest and most innovative transactions across the loan portfolio and NBFI sectors in recent times, having worked across several countries performing M&A, valuation and restructuring due diligence and advisory mandates for banks, PE funds, NBFI’s, servicing platforms and various investors, across the credit, banking and real estate spectrum.

Prior to joining Alantra, Brian has previously held positions in a European bank, specialising in distressed Corporate, large ticket RE and SME portfolios Based in Dublin. Over the past 12 years, Brian has achieved a broad range of restructuring experience in multiple asset classes across Europe and in Asia. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has BBS in Business Management and a MSc in Strategy & Innovation from Maynooth University.
