Bienvenido Lara Monforte

Bienvenido Lara Monforte is a Director in Alantra’s Financial Sponsors team in Madrid. He joined the firm in 2024.

Prior to joining Alantra, he was part of the Infrastructure and Renewables M&A team at RBC, where he advised leading global infrastructure investors and corporates on a broad range of transactions.

Since joining Alantra, he has advised top-tier private equity funds and corporates on multiple M&A transactions across sectors, including Ambienta’s acquisition of Agronova from Magnum, Igneo’s acquisition of ENSO from Tikehau, and Colliers on the acquisition of Ayesa from A&M Capital Europe.

Bienvenido holds a double degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed international exchange programs at Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium and Université du Québec à Montréal in Canada.
