Anja Cavigilli

Anja Cavigilli is Managing Director and Co-Head of Business Development for the DACH region at Alantra Asset Management, responsible for building and strengthening relationships with institutional investors across German-speaking Europe. She works across Alantra’s asset management platform, supporting fundraising and strategic growth initiatives.

Previously, Anja co-founded CH Advisors, a placement boutique offering cross-border fundraising and advisory services for private market managers on primary and secondary strategies. She has also held senior business development roles at qashqade AG and Palomar Private Equity. Before that, she worked on the investment side at Capvent, a fund-of-funds manager, focusing on manager selection, due diligence, and investments across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, and was a member of the investment committee.

With over 20 years of experience in alternative investments across buy- and sell-side roles, Anja brings deep expertise in fundraising, structuring, due diligence, and fund representation. She has a broad and deep institutional investor network across Europe, particularly in the DACH region. She started her career at Credit Suisse working in different departments.
