Andrey Dvorkin

Andrey Dvorkin is a Director at Alantra with over 14 years of investment banking experience. He advises on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, fundraisings, corporate carve-outs, take-private transactions, and licensing deals, and works closely with private equity investors, management teams, founders, and corporates.

He has deep sector expertise across Life Sciences and Pharma Outsourcing, with additional experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Products and Devices, Specialist Care, Education, and other healthcare sub-sectors. He has also led execution and strategic advice on international transactions across the UK, USA, France, Germany, Italy, and other global markets.

Prior to joining Alantra, he held senior roles at Harris Williams, Piper Sandler, and Rothschild & Co.
