Andreas Apitz

Andreas Apitz is Managing Director at Alantra and Co-Head of Business Development for the DACH region at Alantra Asset Management, where he is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with private and institutional investors across German-speaking Europe.

Before joining Alantra, Andreas co-founded ISPartners Investment Solutions in Zurich, a firm focused on incubating new and emerging fund managers and supporting established managers in both public and private markets during fundraising. More recently, he served as Partner and Head of Investor Services at 2Xideas AG, a Zurich-based mid-cap specialist.

With over 25 years of experience in asset management and capital markets, Andreas has built a strong investor network with a particular focus on family offices. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in London in equity trading and prime brokerage, and was ultimately appointed Director and Head of Delta One Trading.
