Ana Rivero

Ana Rivero has more than 30 years’ experience in the ESG practice, having previously worked as Global Head of ESG at Santander Asset Management and as Sustainable Investments Director at Santander Wealth Management & Insurance before she joined Alantra Private Equity as an Operating Partner.

ESG is a cornerstone of Alantra Private Equity’s investment strategy, which is implemented in 100% of Alantra Private Equity’s portfolio companies. Leveraging her extensive experience in the space, Ana focuses on defining, implementing, and monitoring ESG policies and strategic initiatives of both Alantra Private Equity and its portfolio companies.

Ana is a partner in different professional women associations such as WAS (Women Action Sustainability) and EJE&CON and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF University, Madrid.
