Ana Montes

Ana Montes is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience advising on M&A, restructuring, capital markets, financing and corporate governance matters. She worked in top-ranked law firms such as Linklaters and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, as well as in the General Secretariat of Grupo PRISA, one of the world’s largest Spanish and Portuguese-language media groups. At PRISA, she was responsible for the group’s legal advice on M&A, capital markets and financing transactions.

Ana holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE and studied for the Spanish State Attorney examination.
