Allegra Wilde

Allegra Wilde is a Director in Alantra’s U.S. Consumer team. She joined the firm in 2025 and has over a decade of experience in consumer investment banking, advising on M&A, private capital solutions, and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Alantra, she was a Vice President in TD Cowen’s Global Investment Banking division, focusing on the Health and Wellness and Food and Beverage sectors.

Allegra graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University with a dual BA in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics.
