Alexandre Maroufi

Alexandre has eight years of experience in M&A at Alantra. He joined the French Corporate Finance team in 2018 and played a key role in building Alantra’s presence in France. From 2023 to 2025, he was based in New York, where he supported the firm’s development in the United States as an active member of the Healthcare team.

Throughout his career, Alexandre has advised corporates, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms on a broad range of M&A and Financing transactions, as well as Public Offers. He is notably covering HealthTech in France and across Europe.

Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Toulouse Business School.
