Alejandra Gandarias

Alejandra is a Director on the Human Capital team. She joined Alantra in September 2018 and oversees the HC Business Partners for Spain, the UK, the US, the Middle East, and Greece. Alejandra coordinates Group-wide Human Capital initiatives such as the Learning & Development plan and the performance review process. She previously worked for six years in Human Capital consultancy at Deloitte.

Over the last few years, she has been involved in different talent management initiatives, recruitment processes, learning & development plans, organisational measures, and other Human Capital responsibilities.

Alejandra holds a degree in Business Administration from ESADE and participated in an exchange programme at UCL in Belgium.
