Alantra’s share capital amounts to 115.894.212 EUROS, represented by 38.631.404 shares with a nominal value of €3 each. All shares are of the same class and carry identical voting and economic rights.
The company’s shares are listed on the Madrid and Barcelona stock exchanges and are also traded on the continuous market (SIBE for its initials in Spanish).
The table below summarises the performance of Alantra’s share capital since the merger between Dinamia and Alantra, as well as Dinamia’s share capital since 2014 to date:

(i) The General Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2015 authorized the Board of Directors to execute a free-of-charge share capital increase to attend the exchange offer of the merger between Dinamia and N Más Uno IBG, S.A., entailing the issue of 17,390,984 new shares.
(ii) The General Shareholders’ Meeting of 13 December 2016 authorized the Board of Directors to execute a free-of-charge share capital increase, entailing the issue of 1,866,776 new shares for a total value of €5,600,328.
(iii) The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting, at its meeting of November 21, 2017, approved the capital increase of the Company in the amount of 4.906.776 euros and the issuance of a total of 1.635.592 shares.
(iv) The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting, at its meeting of July 25, 2018, approved the capital increase of the Company in the amount of 4,376,556 euros and the issuance of a total of 1,458,852 shares.
