Alantra is pleased to announce that its client Taglich Private Equity, a New York-based financial sponsor, has sold Defiance Metal Products, Co. (“DMP”) to Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (“MEC”). The transaction closed on December 14, 2018 and financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
