Santiago – Alantra acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Movistar Arena, Chile’s leading multi-purpose entertainment venue and one of the most iconic arenas in Latin America, in the sale of a controlling stake to Live Nation, the world’s largest live entertainment company and global operator of venues, tours, and festivals.
Movistar Arena has a capacity of approximately 15,500 attendees and an annual calendar of over 170 events. Its positioning as a world-class venue has made it a key destination for international touring artists, regional talent, and the broader live entertainment industry in Chile.
The acquisition of a controlling stake in Movistar Arena strengthens Live Nation’s strategy of international expansion, leveraging the group’s global expertise in venue operations, show production, and promotion.
