Paris – Alantra has acted as exclusive debt advisor in the majority acquisition of Jem’s (“The Company”), an IT Services company specialized in big data consulting, by Meaning Capital Partners (“Meanings”), a leading private equity platform in France.

Jem’s specializes in creating, managing, and leveraging companies’ data assets, providing a comprehensive range of Big Data services.
