Alantra acted as originator for and sole financial advisor to Hypotheken-Zentrum on a long-term structured credit risk transfer program to Schweizerische Mobiliar Asset Management. This brings the total amount of such credit risk transfers (with four different risk carriers) arranged by Alantra AG for Hypothekenzentrum to CHF 2.7 billion. Notably, this is the first such program established with an insurance group as counterparty.
