Alantra reinforces its global technology group through the hire of Amit Mujumdar

San Francisco/ Boston – Alantra, a leading global investment bank and asset management firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired Amit Mujumdar to reinforce its global technology practice. Mr. Mujumdar will be a managing director based in Alantra’s San Francisco office covering Marketing Technology and Vertical Software segments.

Mr. Mujumdar joined Alantra from Capstone Partners, a middle-market investment bank, where he was Senior Director in the firm’s TMT group. His practice focused on M&A advisory for software, Internet and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to joining Capstone in 2016, Mr. Mujumdar was a Senior Vice President at Stephens advising both public and private technology companies on buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as capital markets financing transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and debt. Previously, he was a VP in the Technology M&A group at ThinkEquity and an Associate at Lazard.
