Alantra REIM completes the acquisition of two office buildings located in Rivas Vaciamadrid

Madrid- Alantra REIM, the Real Estate Investment and Alternative Asset Management platform of the Alantra Group, has completed the acquisition of two office buildings located in c/Marie Curie 17-19 (Rivas Vaciamadrid) for one of its managed vehicles.

The assets are located within the Rivas Futura Business Park, one of the largest business and retail areas in Madrid, and consist of two Grade A twin and independent buildings which comprise c.44,000 sqm of office accommodation arranged over ground floor, six above-ground floors and a two-level basement. In addition, the assets offer 850 parking spaces (205 outdoor) and 24h permanent surveillance services and are located opposite to the H2O Shopping Center.

Strategically located in an easily accessible area 15 km from the city centre, the business park can be reached both by public and private transport.

This investment represents Alantra REIM’s fourth transaction in 2018 and reflects its growing presence and appetite for the Spanish market.

Luis Iglesias, Managing Partner and Head of Alantra REIM, commented that the transaction “enables the team to gain exposure to the Madrid office segment and benefit from its recovery over the coming years”.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
