Alantra advised SMBO of CET UK wins Deal of the Year

The secondary buy-out of CET UK backed by Palatine Private Equity, in which Alantra advised Palatine, has been awarded ‘Deal of the Year’ at the Insider East Midlands Dealmakers Awards held in Nottingham on Thursday 23 May 2019.

Established in 1989 and based in Castle Donington, CET is a specialist provider of infrastructure and property assurance services employing over 510 staff. The Alantra team were appointed due to a combination of their significant experience working in the business services sector and their strong detailed approach to M&A on complex transactions. Palatine’s investment will broaden CET’s service capability and geographical reach through a buy-and-build strategy.
