Former founding partner of Abraxa since 2006, a leading independent PV solar manager in Spain with activity in Spain, France, and the US. As Managing Director of Alantra Solar, he is in charge of the relationship with investors and the design and implementation of the strategy. Javier started his career as debt provider in the LBO market in Credit Lyonnais in Madrid, and then in Bank of Scotland in Madrid and London, becoming director of LBOs for continental Europe. Mr. Mellado is Naval Engineer by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and MBA by the Instituto de Empresa.
