Félix Rivera Fernández

Félix Rivera is a Partner and Co-Founder of Alantra’s FIG business since 2014. He currently leads credit and structured finance transactions, supporting financial institutions in their capital optimization strategies.

Before joining Alantra, Félix worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he specialized in advising on non-core asset transactions. Prior to that, he served as a Manager at PwC in Transaction Services, advising on a wide range of corporate deals.

Félix has over 18 years of sell-side experience advising on a broad range of credit, real estate, and M&A transactions across Spain, Portugal, and other jurisdictions.

He holds a degree in Business Studies from IESIDE (formerly known as Escuela de Negocios Caixanova de Vigo).
