Alantra advises the founders of Aircraft Cabin Leader on the investment by Turenne Groupe and SOCADIF Capital Investissement

Paris – Alantra has acted as exclusive financial advisor to the founders of Aircraft Cabin Leader (“ACL”), an independent French aircraft cabin MRO specialist, in connection with the strategic partnership with Turenne Groupe and SOCADIF Capital Investissement, which have joined ACL as minority shareholders to support the Group’s next phase of growth.

Founded in 2011, ACL provides a broad range of aircraft cabin maintenance services, including cabin maintenance, modifications and refurbishment, structural and composite repairs, painting, upholstery and AOG support. The Group serves airlines, OEMs and aircraft maintenance providers.

The partnership marks a new chapter in ACL’s development, with its founders and management team remaining fully committed to leading the Group alongside Turenne Groupe and SOCADIF. Building on ACL’s strong growth trajectory and entrepreneurial culture, Turenne will provide additional resources and expertise to help accelerate the Group’s ambitions, including the continued expansion of its service offering, the development of new client relationships and the pursuit of selected external growth opportunities.
