Spanish Unión Martín, portfolio company of the Alantra Private Equity Fund III, completed the acquisition of a relevant stake in Moroccan Fine Fishing. With this transaction, Union Martin will add three freezer ships with a combined annual capacity of 3,000t to its existing fleet.
