Richard Sanders

Richard is a partner at Alantra and has over 25 years of corporate finance advisory experience. Across his career, Richard has led over 100 transactions with a focus on advising private company shareholders on trade sales and private equity investments. Richard has a particular focus on the TMT sector, and he leads the team across the Midlands practice. Richard qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton, subsequently moving to become a director within Ernst & Young’s corporate finance team.
