Marcello Rizzo

Marcello has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance in Abaxbank, KPMG Corporate Finance and Euromobiliare Corporate Finance. During his career Marcello advised entrepreneurs, corporations and private equity houses both on disposal and acquisition engagements and on restructuring cases. He also served as Monitoring Trustee to the European Commission on mandatory disposals. Moreover, Marcello worked with a focus on cross border deals involving other European countries and with a significant exposure to major non-European geographies. He holds a Degree in Management from Università Bocconi.
