Andrew Lynn

Andrew is a partner at Alantra and has over 25 years’ experience of the leveraged debt markets from the perspective of both a lender, working for HSBC, Credit Suisse and Kaupthing, and an advisor, as head of debt advisory practices at Hawkpoint Partners and then Stephens Europe. Andrew has supported both private equity and corporate clients on transactions across a broad range of sectors and transaction types, always with a focus on leveraged structures for M&A activity. He has extensive experience across a wide variety of leveraged debt products from senior loans through to quasi-equity instruments.
