Milan <\/strong>\u2013 Alantra has acted as Euronext Growth Advisor, Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner to Orange Media Group S.p.A. (\u201cOrange Media Group\u201d or the \u201cGroup\u201d) on its initial public offering and admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the offer price, Orange Media Group\u2019s implied post-money equity value is approximately \u20ac11.7mn, including the PAS and multiple-voting shares not admitted to trading. Trading in ordinary shares is scheduled to commence on 30 September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orange Media Group is an integrated content media company spanning entertainment, branded content and innovation. With around 20 years of experience, it develops and monetizes original content across theatrical, TV, OTT and international markets, while also producing branded content and integrating AI into its creative processes. The Group employs more than 60 professionals across Milan, Rome and Bologna and generated \u20ac11.1mn in Value of Production and \u20ac4.2mn of EBITDA in 2025. The listing will provide Orange Media Group with additional resources and tools to support its growth strategy, including the continued development of its audiovisual productions, advertising activities and advanced digital solutions, as well as potential external growth opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This transaction marks the 25th IPO completed by the Italian ECM team since inception.
