(\u201cGiunti Psychometrics\u201d or the \u201cGroup\u201d) on its initial public offering and admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offering was priced at \u20ac4.50 per share and had a total value of approximately \u20ac17.1mn, assuming full exercise of the greenshoe, including approximately \u20ac15.0mn from the capital increase. At the offer price, the Group\u2019s implied post-money equity value was approximately \u20ac60.0mn, including the multiple-voting shares not admitted to trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Giunti Psychometrics is an international company specializing in psychometrics, psychological assessment and professional training. The proceeds will support further investment in research and development, international expansion and selected M&amp;A opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NextStage AM acted as lead investor and will hold more than 5% of the Group\u2019s post-money share capital following the listing. The offering also included a retail tranche and represented the first IPO on Euronext Growth Milan to use Borsa Italiana\u2019s Direct Distribution service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/stefano-bellavita\/\">Stefano Bellavita<\/a>, Executive Chairman &amp; Managing Partner at Alantra Italy, said: \u201cAs the 24th IPO completed by our Italian team, this transaction further strengthens Alantra\u2019s ECM franchise. The bookbuilding was completed in four days, with more than 80% of demand from institutional investors, approximately 40% of orders from abroad, investors from five countries and approximately \u20ac9mn of cornerstone commitments.
