The transaction involved the issuance of 122,710,641 new shares, representing approximately 20.4% of the company\u2019s share capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction was successfully executed with strong support from existing shareholders, including its reference shareholder Jos\u00e9 El\u00edas, and under the leadership of CEO Anabel L\u00f3pez.
