Milan <\/strong>\u2013 Alantra acted as Financial Advisor and Global Coordinator to Eurotech S.p.A. (\u201cEurotech\u201d), a multinational company that designs, develops and supplies Edge Computers and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, whose ordinary shares are listed on Euronext STAR Milan, on the successful completion of its \u20ac17.5mn capital increase through a rights issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eurotech announced that the capital increase was subscribed for 20,996,430 newly issued ordinary shares, equal to 100.00% of the total new shares offered, for a total consideration of \u20ac17,490,026.20. The outcome confirms strong market appreciation for the Company\u2019s 2026\u20132030 Industrial Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction was executed through a rights issue resolved by Eurotech\u2019s Board of Directors in full exercise of the remaining portion of the delegation granted by the Extraordinary Shareholders\u2019 Meeting on 15 October 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alantra worked closely with Eurotech\u2019s management team in the preparation and execution of the transaction, supporting the structuring of the offering and the institutional marketing process. The transaction represents an important milestone for Alantra\u2019s Corporate & Markets franchise in Italy and highlights the integration between the firm\u2019s Corporate Broking and Equity Capital Markets capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
