Alantra advises Eurotech on the successful completion of its €17.5mn rights issue capital increase

Milan – Alantra acted as Financial Advisor and Global Coordinator to Eurotech S.p.A. (“Eurotech”), a multinational company that designs, develops and supplies Edge Computers and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, whose ordinary shares are listed on Euronext STAR Milan, on the successful completion of its €17.5mn capital increase through a rights issue.

Eurotech announced that the capital increase was subscribed for 20,996,430 newly issued ordinary shares, equal to 100.00% of the total new shares offered, for a total consideration of €17,490,026.20. The outcome confirms strong market appreciation for the Company’s 2026–2030 Industrial Plan.

The transaction was executed through a rights issue resolved by Eurotech’s Board of Directors in full exercise of the remaining portion of the delegation granted by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 15 October 2024.

Alantra worked closely with Eurotech’s management team in the preparation and execution of the transaction, supporting the structuring of the offering and the institutional marketing process. The transaction represents an important milestone for Alantra’s Corporate & Markets franchise in Italy and highlights the integration between the firm’s Corporate Broking and Equity Capital Markets capabilities.
