This acquisition strengthens its position as a European leader and expands its therapeutic portfolio to include additional pediatric and rare-disease assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/rusty-ray\/\">Rusty Ray<\/a>, Managing Partner at Alantra, said: \u201cWe\u2019re pleased to have advised Orphelia Pharma on this strategic combination.
