Maxime Moreira

Maxime Moreira has over 11 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, private equity funds, and corporates on mid-market transactions.

Before joining Alantra, he was Director of Mid-Cap M&A at UBS, where he led numerous transactions, including the sale of Mauboussin to Galeries Lafayette, Europole to Galaed, Amplitude Studio to SEGA, and minority transactions such as PSB Industries to Union Chimie, Opal Demetz to Weinberg CP, EDA Plastiques to IXO PE.

He began his career at ABN Amro and Clearwater. Maxime is a graduate of NEOMA Business School.
