The financed portfolio is held by BRUC Alter Energ\u00edas Renovables, a joint venture owned by BRUC II (55%) and Alter Enersun (45%), and comprises 208 MW of operational solar PV capacity and the development of 118 MW of battery storage across Andalusia and Extremadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transaction supports BRUC&#8217;s strategy of integrating battery storage into its existing renewable energy assets, enhancing operational flexibility, optimizing electricity revenues, and facilitating the implementation of long-term hybrid PPAs with investment-grade counterparties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/manuel-fernandez\/\">Manuel Fernandez<\/a>, Managing Director at Alantra, commented: \u201cThis transaction represents an important step in the integration of battery storage into operational renewable energy portfolios in Spain.
