The Group serves airlines, OEMs and aircraft maintenance providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The partnership marks a new chapter in ACL\u2019s development, with its founders and management team remaining fully committed to leading the Group alongside Turenne Groupe and SOCADIF. Building on ACL\u2019s strong growth trajectory and entrepreneurial culture, Turenne will provide additional resources and expertise to help accelerate the Group\u2019s ambitions, including the continued expansion of its service offering, the development of new client relationships and the pursuit of selected external growth opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/maxime-moreira\/\">Maxime Moreira<\/a>, Director at Alantra, said: \u201cOur objective throughout the process was to find the right partner for ACL\u2019s next chapter, one that truly understood its entrepreneurial DNA and shared the founders\u2019 long-term vision.
