The company serves a diversified base of more than 10 blue-chip clients and has longstanding relationships with leading banks, institutional investors and real estate asset owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following its combination with Finsolutia, Hipoges is a leading Southern European multi-asset management platform with approximately \u20ac55bn of assets under management. The group operates across Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece and serves a diversified client base comprising banks, financial institutions, institutional investors and real estate asset owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The acquisition represents a key strategic milestone for Hipoges and Pollen Street Capital. The transaction will enhance the group\u2019s scale and capabilities across Southern Europe and support its continued consolidation strategy within the credit and real estate asset management industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alantra designed and managed a competitive process involving leading strategic participants in the sector.
