The offering attracted strong demand, particularly from international investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gens Aurea has more than twenty years of experience in the market and operates across four key areas: gold buying, jewelry, investment gold and buy-back. The Group has built a vertically integrated platform supported by an ecosystem of eight brands, including OroCash, Luxury Zone, GioiaPura, Alfieri &amp; St.John, OroCaja, Super Efectivo, OuroCaixa and OroCash Invest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With revenue of more than \u20ac830mn, adjusted EBITDA of \u20ac105.2mn, more than 530 physical outlets across five countries and over 11 tonnes of gold handled in 2025, Gens Aurea has developed a significant European platform at the intersection of precious metals, jewelry and consumer retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alantra.com\/team-member\/stefano-bellavita\/\">Stefano Bellavita<\/a>, Executive Chairman and Managing Partner at Alantra Italy, said: \u201cWe are pleased to have supported Gens Aurea in a landmark IPO for the Italian equity capital markets.
